Acceptance of quote and signing of contracts

We conduct our quote acceptance and signing of contracts over two separate consultations. When you are happy that our quote meets your expectations and budget, we will schedule a meeting between you and the builder to:

  • Run through the details for the quote again
  • Initial each page and sign your acceptance of the quote
  • Run through the details of your building contract and explain the responsibilities of both parties.
  • Present and explain your client folder
  • Explain essential information required for your building permit

You are then free to take a copy of the contract to read through yourself, and discuss it with your lending body or lawyer before signing.

When you are happy to sign your contracts, we will schedule a meeting with your builder to:

  • Sign contracts
  • Initial each page of the contract
  • Pay your deposit
  • Builder will obtain your essential information

Congratulations, and welcome to the team at Mildura Building Group!

When contracts have been signed, MBG obtain building permits, you will be issued with a letter of commencement, and your project will be scheduled. We schedule regular onsite meetings with you throughout construction, allowing the builder and home owner to assess the project's progression and address any issues that may have arisen.
